To mark the International Year of the Brain in 2012, the Foundation for Neuroscience in New York and the Museum Science Park of Granada have shaped the contents of a unique exhibition entitled “Brain. The inside story ‘is an international co-production of the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH), the Chinese Museum and the Guangdong Science Center Science Park, which the museum has participated at the invitation of AMNH, both in design and production content, as in the development and transfer of a star parts of the sample: a plastinated human brain. Collaboration in this exhibition is part of a larger project on the brain as the Science Park until 2013.

One of the most unique modules of the exhibition is a plastinated human brain provided by the Plastination Laboratory Granada. This is a real brain donated to science, to be the first item that the visitor is in the exhibition.
